Viva Brilliant Colour is a colour intensive pressed powder with pearlescent effects which can be applied dry or with a moistened brush or sponge. This technique will once more strengthen the colour effect and its adhesion.

The Pearlescent Mica pigments which are used are responsible for the exclusive luster and glitter of the product. No metallic pigments are being used.
